EXAIR offers a complete selection of air nozzles suited to a wide range of blowoff, cooling and drying applications. These air nozzles have been engineered to provide a strong blast of airflow while minimizing air consumption and noise levels. They are available in many configurations and materials to suit the requirements of your application.

EXAIR's standard force air nozzles deliver up to 22 ounces (624 grams) of force. These air nozzles use a small amount of compressed air to entrain large volumes of surrounding room air. Our award winning Super Air Nozzles have been engineered to provide the best performance. They are extremely efficient, producing a high thrust, concentrated stream of high velocity airflow with low sound levels and air consumption. The compressed air is ejected through holes located in recessed grooves that cannot be blocked or dead ended.

For applications requiring extremely high force with extensive reach (up to 23 lbs or 10,433 grams), EXAIR's High Power Safety Air Nozzles, 2" High Power Super Air Nozzles, Large Super Air Nozzles and Super Air Nozzle Clusters provide incredibly strong blowing force. They are ideal for part ejection as well as blowoff, cooling and drying. All meet OSHA noise level and pressure requirements.

EXAIR's Back Blow Air Nozzles are engineered to clean inside of pipe, tube, hose or channel. This nozzle prevents blowing chips, coolant or debris further into a pipe or out the end, which could create a safety hazard. They deliver high performance suitable for a wide range of diameters from 1/4" (6.3mm) up to 16" (406mm).
