External mix nozzles can be used on liquids with a viscosity above 300 cp. Both air and liquid sides are pressure fed.
Narrow Angle Flat Fan Pattern Atomizing Nozzles are the best choice when a heavy coating of thicker liquids is needed over a narrow band, such as a paint line.
Wide Angle Flat Fan Pattern Atomizing Nozzles are great where a high volume of liquid is needed over a wide area such as a conveyor line. Common applications include cooling, coating, or rinsing over wide webs.
