ATEX Cabinet Cooler® Systems

EXAIR's compressed air powered Cabinet Cooler Systems are a low cost and reliable way to cool sensitive electronic control panels. Our ATEX Cabinet Cooler Systems are engineered and approved for use upon purged and pressurized electrical enclosures found within UL classified Zones 2 and 22. They are available in cooling capacities from 293 Watts (1,000 Btu/hr) to 1,641 Watts (5,600 Btu/hr) and can be installed in minutes through a standard electrical knockout. They incorporate a low pressure relief valve which closes and seals when the cooler is not operating to maintain the integrity of an IP 66 (NEMA 4 or 4X) enclosure. Each of these systems include a water-dirt filter separator to prevent water condensate and dirt from entering your enclosure and a cold air distribution kit to direct the air for circulation or on to hot spots. EXAIR's ATEX Cabinet Coolers are meant for use in conjunction with a purged and pressurized control system.

EXAIR ATEX Cabinet Cooler rating

EXAIR's ATEX Cabinet Cooler Systems are not purged and pressurized control systems, and should not be relied upon nor used in place of a purged and pressurized controller. They are meant for use in conjunction with a purged and pressurized control system.
